چکیده

Abstract: Background: Topical gels are an efficient and targeted therapy for local dermatological problems because they distribute medications effectively easy to wipe off the skin. The presented study was aimed use Quality by Design (QbD) features develop, optimise, evaluate a topical gel containing certain plant enzymes wound healing activity. Objectives: objective of this contour plots multiple linear regression analysis determine relative relevance selected independent variables on dependent variables, as well identify desired zone where product with required qualities produced. Materials Methods: Attributes (CQAs) were assigned patient-centric Target Product Profile (QTPP). quantities chitosan sodium carboxymethyl cellulose have been Critical Material (CMA) based early observations employing 32-full factorial design. CQAS chosen viscosity, spreadability, extrudability, bioadhesive strength, using (MLRA) quantitative association among CQAs CMAs observed. Results: full design aids in predicting optimal carboxy methyl combination. numerical response comprehending impact various factors replies. TGF-O showed higher activity than control standard formulations excision incision model. Conclusion: current work successfully underlines possibility quality approach synthesise create simple cost-effective manner. Keywords: design, Plant enzyme, Factorial Wound, gel, Spreadability.

The Effects of Topical Sildenafil on Wound Healing in Rat

Nitric oxide (NO) is an important molecule synthesized during wound repair. Studies have reported the use of NO donors on cutaneous wound repair, but their effects in different phases of healing are not elucidated. The aim of this work was to investigate the effects of topical sildenafil on wounds in rats. Sildenafil (25 mg) was topically applied once daily on wound in treatment groups. On...
